1. Introduction

Welcome to Lens & Light Photography. By booking our photography services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered

We provide professional photography services including:

• Wedding Photography & Videography


• Pre-Wedding / Engagement Shoots


• Portrait Sessions


• Event Coverage


• Commercial & Product Photography

3. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed upon:

• Signing of the service agreement


• Payment of the advance amount (50% of total)


• Confirmation of date and venue details

4. Payment Terms

Advance: 50% at the time of booking

Balance: Remaining amount before delivery of photographs

All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation Policy

• 60+ days before event: Full refund minus 10% processing fee


• 30-60 days before event: 50% refund


• Less than 30 days: No refund

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of Lens & Light Photography. Clients receive a personal use license. We reserve the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
